令和６年度学校説明会、学校公開のお知らせ

★学校説明会

令和７年度入学予定者を対象にした学校説明会を行います。

事前に学校への連絡は不要です。受付でご記名ください。

日時：10月29日（火）10：40～11：25

場所：南山小学校４F家庭科室

★学校公開

日時：10月28日（月）、29日（火）

場所：南山小学校　

各学級の時間割は、玄関に掲示されております。ご確認の上、教室へお進みください。

★お願い

・発熱等風邪の症状がある場合は、参観をお止めください。

・在校生の保護者は、保護者証をお持ちください。

・給食の時間（12：15～13：00）は公開しません。

・上履きをご持参ください。

・安全管理のため、受付を必ずお通りください。

・撮影はお止めください。

※変更の可能性があります。変更の場合はHPでお知らせいたしますので、HPの確認をよろしくお願いいたします。

玄関にて　At the entrance

登校したら、玄関で健康カードをチェックしています。

Students’ Health Cards are checked at the entrance upon their arrival.

 
 カードを渡すときの「おはようございます」のあいさつも、大きくなってきました。
 
 The students’ greeting voice for “Good Morning” has become larger when submitting their cards. 
 

また、「お願いします」と言って渡してくれる子もいます。

Some of the students even say “Thank you for checking” when submitting it.

 
 

都内での感染拡大を受け、カードの中の「家族の健康」欄への記入も忘れずにお願いします。

 

 
 

Due to the increased spread of infections in Tokyo, please fill out the box for the family members’ health on the card.

 

熱中症予防のため、登校中はマスクを外している子は、玄関に入るときにマスクを着用させています。

忘れずに持ってきましょう。

In the case that the students come to school without wearing masks for a purpose of heat stroke prevention, they will be asked to wear it as they enter the school.

Please make sure to have your child bring a mask with them.
